Viacom was caught uploading many of the videos it claimed infringed its copyrights.

Was this brought up at trial?

Viacom are a bunch of A$$holes!!!

I did the Colbert Challenge and was getting the top result when people where searching for it on youtube...

Then Viacom sends a copyright infringement notice against me.

Tried to inform The Colbert Report on this bogus claim... never got it resolved... so I re-posted my Colbert Challenge and for some reason... I wasn't at the top of the search list... anymore... Viacom's video's were now at the top of the search list...

Google winning is a big step to stopping such abuse of power... especially where it should not even be happening.
